General prizes will be drawn throughout the show and winner must claim their prize by 3:30pm in person day of the show. Any prizes not claimed by 3:30pm will be placed back into the drawing and a new winning will be drawn.  All winners are responsible for any and all taxes and shipping costs associated with redemption of prize directly from giving company.  The Grand Prize Winners must claim prize by 4/04/13 or a new winner will be randomly drawn and original winner will forfeit the prize and will not be given any other prize.


Grand Prize:  Bride or groom must visit the bridal show registration table in person to fill out Grand Prize Entry Form. Bridal Show entry ticket is not required to enter Grand Prize Drawing.  Valid for engaged couples only, 1 entry per couple.  Total of 2 winners (one honeymoon and one wedding bands).  Grand prizes will be randomly drawn from the Grand Prize Entry Forms on 3/4/13.  Winners will be notified via email plus it will be listed on our Facebook page and this website.  Winners are required to sign a release of liability with The Wed Club before the prize is released to the winner.  Should the winners decline signing this form, the couple will forfeit the prize and will not be eligable for any other prize/gift.  Prizes are non-transferable.  Winners are responsible for any and all taxes, fees and shipping costs that may result in claiming the prize.  The wedding bands has a $25 per ring shipping fee ($50 total) and is payable to the ring company directly upon redemption of prize.  Honeymoon giveaway is hotel only (air line tickets, transfers, car rentals, etc are not included and are additional if the winning couple would like to add those services to their honeymoon prize).  Full details will be included on the prize certificate.  The Grand Prize Winners must claim prize by 4/04/13 or a new winner will be randomly drawn and original winner will forfeit the prize and will not be given any other prize. The Grand Prize Winners must claim prize by 4/04/13 or a new winner will be randomly drawn and original winner will forfeit the prize and will not be given any other prize.

The Wed Club is not affiliated with any company company exhibiting in the show or any company giving away a prize.  The Wed Club will not be held responsible for any misrepresentations or errors of the prizes or services of any company.  All winners will need to deal directly with the giving company about the prizes won or services booked/arranged.  The Wed Club neither endorses nor recommends any goods, services or companies exhibiting in the show.
